Nintendo Wii – Advanced Game Prototype

Our Nintendo Wii engine was a progression of our browser-based Java engine.  It has many advanced features, such as bone-based skeletal animations through to dynamic lighting and UV animations.  It was designed specifically for WiiWare with optimal storage and re-use of art assets in-game.

Our Nintendo Wii engine currently supports the following features:

  • Morph target, key frame and bone based animation systems
  • Particle systems
  • 2D sprite and tile based rendering
  • Special effects
  • 2D / 3D collision detection
  • Full support for the Wii Remote controllers
